From the Königssee boat to an alp behind Obersee.
The route
The boat takes you to Salet. In 15 minutes you reach Obersee, then a narrow path follows the west shore to the Fischunkelalm with a view of the Röthbach Falls. Return the same way.
Who is this walk for?
This walk needs stamina and sure feet on mountain paths. It is usually too long for small children.
Good to knowCheck the last boat. The path is slippery when wet.
Getting to the start
Take the boat from Schönau to the last stop, Salet. Check the time of the last return boat, otherwise only a long mountain route remains.
Out and back. Best time: June to October. Distances and times are guide values. Check weather, trail conditions and train times before you set off.
